Groundhog Day Fun!

Residents gave a shot at guessing whether Punxsutawney Phil would see his shadow on Feb 2. Cynthia Bunch is seen submitting her vote. Names of all that guessed the outcome successfully went in to a drawing. Antionette Ensure won the prize basket full of goodies. All of us were pleased with the outcome of “not seeing his shadow” and we’re looking forward to an early spring!

We are happy to announce we are open for family visits in our front lobby by appointment only.
All visitation will be conducted in accordance with guidelines and recommendations issued by the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services (CMS), Centers for Disease Control (CDC), and the state of local health departments.
Please call the facility at 573-635-3131 and ask for Tandy to set up your appointment.
Therapy Services
Having trouble adapting at home or recovering from a sports injury? We offer outpatient Physical, Occupational, & Speech Therapies. Available for transitional, outpatient, and long term care patients.
Memory Care Unit
Our intimate and secured memory care neighborhood is designed to have a “home-like” appearance. We strive to provide a calm and quiet but visually stimulating atmosphere.
Rapid Recovery Suites
Private suites are available for your short term rehabilitation needs, with therapy offered six days per week, including modern amenities.
